These Official Rules (the “Rules”) apply to the sweepstakes conducted by You Know You Care, 412 South Wells, Suite 402 Chicago, IL 60607 (“Sponsor”) which will be promoted on www.youknowyoucare.com via its Facebook page and other online mediums. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook and Apple; all trademarks are the property of their registered owners.

By entering the sweepstakes you agree to be bound by the following rules:

1. ELIGIBILITY

RESIDENTS OF RHODE ISLAND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited by law, in Rhode Island and anywhere outside of the contiguous United States.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins February 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. EST, and ends when 5,000 Facebook users have clicked the “like” button for the You Know You Care Facebook page or February 1, 2012, whichever occurs first.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN

(a) During the Promotion Period, any legal resident of the contiguous United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who is a registered user of Facebook, may enter the Sweepstakes by clicking “Like” for the You Know You Care Facebook page. Clicking on the Facebook “like” button will automatically enter you in the Sweepstakes; you must be logged into your Facebook account in order for your entry to be tracked.

(b) A random drawing for the Promotion Period will be conducted to award the prize. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner within approximately seven (7) days of selection. All judges’ decisions shall be final and binding in all respects related to the sweepstakes.

(c) Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, misdelivered, incomplete, postage-due, illegible or unintelligible entries, messages or mail;

(d) Neither Sponsor, its clients, nor their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising or promotion agencies shall be responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry.

4. WINNER AND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of an one (1) 16 GB iPad. The prize will be awarded by delivery to the winner. In the event this item is no longer available at the time of delivery a substitute prize of equal value may be awarded.

Additional Surprise Prizes may be awarded at random throughout the Promotion Period; awarding of these additional prizes is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The total value of all prizes awarded during the Promotion Period will not exceed $900.00.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received, which is anticipated to be no more than 1 in 10,000.

Winner will be notified by a Facebook message. All taxes on winnings are winner’s responsibility, and the winner must supply Sponsor with Social Security number to collect prize. Failure to respond to prize notification or to execute and return any requested document within seven (7) days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification within seven (7) days as undeliverable, will result in the awarding of prize to alternate winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the Facebook account associated with the winning entry, or a family member of the authorized account holder of the winning entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Facebook account.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

Subject to the laws of the United States. Void where prohibited, in Rhode Island, and anywhere outside of the contiguous United States. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with these Rules and a liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may select an alternate winner if winner fails to meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein. Winner may required to provide Sponsor with a recent photograph and may be required to participate in a short interview by telephone, which will be conducted by Sponsor.

By accepting prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, photograph, interview (in whole or in part, whether or not accompanied by other material) and the fact that winner has won a prize, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release Sponsor, its clients, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the judges. Information collected will be used subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Sponsor may terminate the sweepstakes or any portion thereof or decide to modify it in any manner, which it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence, which would materially affect the security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in the sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they (1) attempt to enter the sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Rules, (2) attempt to disrupt the sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules in any way or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for the sweepstakes Rules or act (a) in an un-sportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the sweepstakes are final.
